John Creamer is the Managing Partner at GlobalAutoRegs, a services group providing expertise on global regulatory and government affairs in the automotive sector. Mr. Creamer has spent nearly 40 years in the global automotive industry, based at various times in Washington, DC, Tokyo, Brussels, Paris, and Moscow. He has held positions with TRW (a global chassis and safety systems supplier now part of ZF), the Motor and Equipment Manufacturers Association (representing the US supplier industry), and the US International Trade Commission (a quasi-judicial independent agency of the US Government). At GlobalAutoRegs, Mr. Creamer specializes in the development of international regulations through the UN World Forum for the Harmonization of Vehicle Regulations (WP.29). He supports clients in the motor vehicle, automotive component supplier, and recreation-vehicle industries. In this work, he has become especially involved and knowledgeable on issues related to driving automation. In 2019, Mr. Creamer was elected to serve as secretary of the UN expert group on Functional Requirements for Automated Vehicles (FRAV) and in 2024, he was elected to serve as the drafting secretary for the UN expert group developing global safety requirements for Automated Driving Systems.

Andre Eggers is a researcher at BASt (German Federal Highway and Transport Research Institute) since 2006 working in the area of biomechanics, evaluation of dummies, human models and virtual testing. He studied mechanical engineering at the Technical University of Hamburg and Biomedical Engineering at Wayne State University. 2013 he completed his doctorate at the Technical University of Berlin. He contributed to several European research projects like IMVITER, THORAX, ASSESS, SENIORS and OSCCAR. He is representing BASt in Euro NCAP working groups related to injury criteria and virtual testing.

Mr. Daiki Furukawa joined Toyota Motor Corporation (Japan) in 2016 as an engineer in the passive safety division. He is responsible for the development of advanced restraint systems for frontal crash since 2016. He has experience with hardware tests and simulations including human body models and ATDs. He has been a member of JAMA dummy technical working group (2020-2023). Currently he is the assistant manager of the advanced restraint system development team in Toyota Motor Corporation and guest researcher at BASt (2024), investigating hardware test scatter influence of MPDB test.

Kai Golowko has been working in the area of vehicle safety since 1999. He started his career as a test engineer for passive safety at ACTS. Since 2003 he has been working as senior engineer for occupant safety and pedestrian protection. Since 2005 he has managed the department vehicle safety at Bertrandt in Gaimersheim. He has also been responsible for active and passive vehicle safety for the Bertrandt Group since 2017.

Dr. Chirag Shah earned his PhD in Mechanical Engineering in 2007 from the Wayne State University in USA. As part of his doctorate, he worked on the CAE human body model development. He has over 25 technical publications in the field biomechanics and automotive safety. In 2008, he joined the First Technology Safety Systems which is now Humanetics Group. Since then, he has led a variety of CAE dummy modeling projects including the FLEX-PLI, aPLI, THOR. Currently, he is leading the Human Body Modeling project at Humanetics.

Since Dr. Yuan Zhong received his Doctor Degree from Nagoya University in Japan, he worked for Toyota(in Japan) for about 16 years, focused on vehicle crashworthiness design and simulations. After that he moved to China and worked as vice Chief Engineer in Vehicle Engineering Research Institute of CATARC for more than 5 years, and then as a senior chief engineer in Geely Vehicle Research Institute for a couple of years. And worked as a senior chief engineer in vehicle safety department in JMC for five years. And now back CATARC as a Senior chief expert in vehicle safety
